
Refund Policy

At Oosh Banoosh, we stand behind the quality and creativity of everything we offer. If you’re not feeling the vibe for any reason, here’s how we handle refunds.
1. Physical Products (e.g. Merchandise)
If you’ve purchased clothing or other physical items:
• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• To initiate a return, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
• Once approved, you’ll be responsible for return shipping
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we receive the item
We do not accept returns on sale items unless they are damaged or faulty.
2. Digital Products / Downloads
Due to the nature of digital goods, all digital product sales are final.
However, if you encounter a technical issue or feel there’s been a mistake, please reach out. We’ll do our best to make it right.
3. Events, Sessions, or Services
Cancellations made:
• 48+ hours before the session: Full refund
• 24–48 hours before: 50% refund
• Under 24 hours or no-show: No refund

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll either replace the item or issue a full refund.
